Orders & Shipping
Standard delivery within Kathmandu Valley takes 1–3 business days via Pick & Drop Nepal. Outside the valley, delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
We deliver across Nepal. Kathmandu Valley, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur have the fastest delivery times. Remote districts may take longer — contact us first if you are unsure about your area.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders above Rs. 3,000 within the Kathmandu Valley qualify for free shipping.
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can also view your order status under My Orders in your account.
