Meet Our Team
Artisans of Mato
The passionate artisans and creators behind Mato Crafts — united by the love of clay, culture, and the streets of Patan.
Founder
Subhechha Singh
Subhechha Singh, the 21 year old founder of @mato_crafts a soulful brand born from clay, culture, and courage. 💫 What started as a lockdown hobby turned into a heartfelt venture fueled by @subh_echha ‘s desire for independence and creativity. From crafting with air-dry clay to investing in polymer clay ovens through student venture funding, Subhechha’s journey is one of learning, leaping, and leaning into her roots. Her handcrafted jewelry doesn’t just accessorize. It tells stories, celebrates Nepali tradition, and reminds us that dreams molded with love and persistence can shine beautifully. 🌿 We visited her cozy, aesthetic store and dived into her world through fun Q&As, a little this-or-that, and honest conversations about growth, grit, and grace. If you’re inspired, support her journey- shop from her store, explore her designs, or place a thoughtful order. Every piece carries a story worth wearing.
